The Story-Driven Leadership Intensive is available as a one-day workshop, delivered either in person or virtually.
Base Rates:
🧑🏫 In-Person Workshop: $3,000
💻 Virtual Workshop: $2,250
(Includes up to 25 participants)
Larger Groups:
$50 per person for each additional participant over 25
(Maximum capacity: 40 participants for optimal experience)
Travel:
Travel and lodging costs are billed separately at cost, or may be arranged by the host organization.
Need-Based Pricing:
Sliding scale available for Title I schools, small nonprofits, and grassroots organizations. I believe in access—let’s talk.

A Note From Me to You
I’ve always led with story. And I’ve always believed emotional intelligence wasn’t a soft skill—it was a strategic one.
But for a long time, I didn’t trust that was enough.
The “shoulds” were loud:
Be more decisive. Be more detached. Be more professional.
Don’t take things so personally. Don’t be too soft. Don’t be too much.
So even though I knew kindness and clarity could drive trust, motivation, and performance—I didn’t always lead from that place.
What changed everything was learning how to bring emotional intelligence into high-performance spaces—without sacrificing outcomes and without losing myself. And when I did? My teams didn’t just meet goals. They flourished.
That’s what this workshop is about.
